Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to reach support?
The easiest way is directly in the app under Profile → Contact & feedback. If you turn on the diagnostic report there, we can track down technical issues faster. The report contains none of your list content.
My lists don’t show up on my other device.
Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID, iCloud Drive is turned on, and iCloud sync is enabled in Listify. The first sync can take a moment.
How do I share a list with others?
Sharing requires Sign in with Apple and iCloud sync. You can then share a list from its share menu and invite people.
How do I cancel Listify Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Listify. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds can be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See also Withdrawal & refunds.
My Plus subscription isn’t recognised after switching devices.
Open Listify Plus in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you purchased with.
Your data
View, export and delete your data
Listify has no tracking and no ads. Your content is stored on your iPhone and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account.
Export: You can create a backup file in the app at any time.
Delete: Profile → Account → “Delete account & cloud data” removes your Listify data from the device and from your iCloud.
