WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES VIA THE APPLE APP STORE

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Paid features and subscriptions of Listify, in particular Listify Plus, are – where purchased via the Apple App Store – processed and billed through Apple. For customers in Germany and in regions assigned accordingly by Apple, Apple Distribution International Ltd. acts as the merchant of record for App Store content. The app itself is provided by Marcus Kailbach as the app provider.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR APP STORE PURCHASES

Under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, consumers may generally withdraw from an order within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the invoice without stating any reason. Under those terms, subscription services may only be withdrawn from when the subscription is initially entered into.

Withdrawal from a purchase or subscription concluded via the Apple App Store must be declared to Apple using the procedures provided by Apple. Apple provides, in particular, the purchase history of the Apple Account as well as additional contact options for this purpose.

Further information about the right of withdrawal can be found in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions:

REFUNDS

Refund requests for purchases billed through the Apple App Store are generally handled by Apple. Where available for the relevant purchase, you can submit a refund request at:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Whether and to what extent a refund is granted is determined by the applicable statutory provisions and Apple's terms and conditions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION

Cancellation of an automatically renewing Listify Plus subscription is distinct from withdrawal. The subscription can be cancelled through the subscription management of the Apple Account or via the settings provided in iOS. Cancellation generally prevents further renewals; subject to mandatory statutory rights, the already paid subscription period remains usable until the end of that period.

STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF DEFECTS

Your statutory rights in the event of non-conforming or defective digital products remain unaffected. This applies in particular to claims available under the applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent Apple is responsible for the transaction as seller or merchant of record, statutory claims against Apple remain unaffected. Claims relating to the app itself, its content or functionality for which the app provider is responsible also remain unaffected.

NOTICE

This information explains the handling of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds for purchases made via the Apple App Store or Apple's in-app purchase system. It does not replace the contractual and consumer information provided by Apple during the respective purchase process.
